GREYDIENT event hosted in Zurich

ETH Zurich hosted the second network-wide event (NWE) of the GREYDIENT project during April 19-22. external page GREYDIENT is an Innovative Training Network (ITN) and part of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions. Our ITN aims to support the ongoing transition of European personal mobility towards safe and reliable intelligent systems via the recently introduced framework of grey-box modelling. To find out more about the two PhD projects of this ITN we host in our Chair, click here and here.
During an NWE, all members of the ITN meet in one place, and the early-stage researchers (ESRs) have a specifically designed training program. The training program aims to develop their technical and soft skills so that the ESRs thrive in their research.
Specifically, during the second NWE, the ESRs could attend lectures presented by Prof. Bruno Sudret and Dr. Stefano Marelli on state-of-art metamodelling techniques. Additionally, Dr. Urs Brändle and Dr. Simon Milligan offered workshops on creative and critical thinking and scientific writing.
We from RSUQ at ETH Zurich were thrilled to host this event and hope that all participants have had a good time! We are already looking forward to the third NWE, which will take place in October at Leibniz University in Hannover.
